A CAF operator provides tax assistance primarily to employees and retirees. This professional interfaces with all tax authorities, providing specialized tax services to individuals.

The CAF Operator further specializes the professional class indicated by ISFOL, that of the data entry clerk in the "executive professions in office work" group, for which specific skills are indicated (examining and cataloging documents or information, entering data into computer archives, filling out forms or documents, acquiring and recording documents or information, checking the accuracy of calculations, sending declarations or information electronically, verifying the accuracy and completeness of recorded data, correcting any recording errors, analyzing or processing data or information). These skills are particularly important for the CAF Operator and are calibrated to specific operational levels (see the paragraph: training objectives).

CAF operators are in high demand in the job market. Thanks to the massive help of computerized bureaucracy, more and more families are turning to CAF and social assistance agencies for receive assistance and fill out the forms to fulfill tax obligations, but also receive state benefits.

Continuous regulatory updates in tax matters require outgoing professionals to specifically and continuously update their skills in both the regulatory and tax fields.

Objectives of the training intervention:

The course aims to train professionals capable of interacting with public administrations to prepare Form 730, Form RED, ISEE, and ISEU. This course also provides comprehensive skills for the online aspects of dealing with the Revenue Agency through the use of the Fiscoonline and Entratel channels. CAF operators are trained to read pay slips and the Single Certification, enabling them to complete tax returns. Operators also gain expertise in direct taxes, such as calculating and paying IMU (municipal property tax).

During the course, CAF operators acquire the skills to assess each taxpayer's eligibility for tax benefits or family support bonuses. Participants' interpersonal skills are also strengthened to enhance interaction, understanding, and rapport with others.

DURATION: 120 HOURS from February 21st to March 30th 2018 – 4-hour classroom days and two 8-hour days.

CERTIFICATE: attendance (min. 70% of total hours)

CLASSROOM LESSONS: Monday to Friday from 09.30am to 13.30pm (first 3 days 13.30pm to 17.30pm) and for 2 days also from 14.00pm to 18.00pm
