The operator is required to have a high level of computer proficiency and is often expected to be able to work with different operating systems to be able to manage data entry and processing on any platform.
The ISFOL survey (Institute for the Development of Professional Training for Workers) and the forecast of sectoral trends and employment - FGB of January 2016 within the class "office machine operators" indicates that the professional category of "data entry operator" (data entry clerk) has a trend of variation in the period 2016-2020 classified in "growth" that is, a considerable increase in hiring by companies is foreseeable.
To promote better employability on the job market, an exam is planned to obtain the certification EIPASS 7 modules subject of this training plan. Students will take the exam at the implementing body at no cost to them. IDEAS TOGETHER Soc. Coop Soc.credited as EI CENTERS (Exam center authorized to issue EIPASS IT certifications) which will issue the relevant certification to those who pass the exam tests.
Objectives of the training intervention:
The course aims to provide the appropriate technical skills for professionals in the specific sector, following a path consistent with that outlined by ISFOL.
At the end of the course, students will be able to digitize, process, and archive data, acquiring the following skills:
- functional and technical skills
- • innovative business organization based on the use of technologies and digitalization of internal and external processes, as well as the active and continued promotion of the services we offer through business development, marketing and communication systems (letter "I" of our logo actually stands for "Innovation");
- work scheduling
- time management
- troubleshooting
- act independently
- understanding an assigned task
- understand written texts
- critical sense (use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems)
- management of the security of the information processed
- control and custody of documents
- provide information to colleagues and superiors
Multimedia tools will be used in the classroom, and the classroom is also equipped with remote control software that will allow the teacher to immediately and directly verify the students' work.

DURATION: 180 HOURS from 27 JANUARY to 3 APRIL 2020 – 45 classroom days of 4 hours;
CLASSROOM LESSONS: from Monday to Friday from 09.30 am to 13.30 pm and for five weeks with the exception of Thursday;
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: the course is aimed at candidates for temporary work assignments (both employed and unemployed) registered and selected by the Employment Agency;
SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Motivational interview and evaluation of IT skills to be carried out at our offices;
MEMBERSHIPS: To confirm your participation, send an email to: formazione@consorzionuovefrontiere.it attaching your CV complete with tax code and identity document/passport, indicating in the subject: Data Entry Operator (By 22/01/2020 at 15.00 pm);
REGISTRATION: Those who have joined will be contacted by email for confirmation. (By 22/01/2020 at 5:00 PM) of the selection which will take place on site on the day 23/01/2020 from 09.00 about;
SELECTIONS: Those who have passed the selection process will be contacted by 18.00 pm on the day 24/01/2020 to participate in the course starting on Monday, January 27;
EXAMINATION: Each student is provided with free access to the exam at the implementing body. Ideas Together soc.coop.soc, credited as EI CENTERS (examination center authorized to issue EIPASS IT certifications).
CERTIFICATE: of frequency Formatemp (minimum 70% of total hours including attendance at mandatory lessons) which gives access to the exam EIPASS IT certifications.
