The Euro-project Planning Officer (the Euro-designer) As indicated by Isfol/Ministry of Labor research, this is an emerging professional profile, characterized by strong employment growth. European project managers work in social enterprises, training institutions, and nonprofit organizations that organize and manage social development activities at both the national and EU levels. They may also work in institutions that implement local development projects. Many large companies have staff and organizational structures.
ObjectivesThe course aims to provide the knowledge, skills and tools appropriate to the professional figure in the European project planning sector, following a line in line with that outlined by INAPP. At the end of the course, students will be able to (skills):

- Adopt procedures for the submission of funded projects
- Use networking techniques
- Use budgeting techniques

DURATION: 160 HOURS from 22 JANUARY to 17 MARCH 2020 – 40 classroom days of 4 hours;
CERTIFICATE: of frequency (minimum 70% of total hours including attendance at mandatory lessons);
CLASSROOM LESSONS: Monday to Friday from 09.30 am to 13.30 pm;

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: the course is aimed at candidates for temporary work missions (both employed and unemployed) registered and selected by the Employment Agency;
- For foreigners, knowledge of the Italian language and grammar, even if NOT certified;
SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Motivational and skills assessment interview upon entry to be held at our office;
SELECTIONS: Those who have joined will be contacted by email for confirmation. (By 17/01/2020 at 5:00 PM) of the on-site interview on the scheduled day 20/01/2020 from 09.00, both individual and group.

REGISTRATION: Those who pass the selection will be contacted by email and telephone to attend the first day of the course on the day 22/01/20 at 09.30 on site.

EXERCISES
Using the internet connection and working in small groups with the use of personal computers, the students:
- They will visit and study the main European Platforms and the websites of the directly managed Programmes and the main European Agencies.
- They will create spreadsheets containing links and concise information to be used as tools for quick, effective, and efficient access to the main web pages and documents.

EXERCISES
Using the GOPP method – (Goal Oriented Project Planning), where the teacher plays the role of Project Leader/Facilitator, the students, divided into small groups, will create a project proposal using the Internet connection and personal computers.
The project proposals will be examined, in a joint session, using the SWOT Analysis.
