"Nuove Frontiere Lavoro", in collaboration with the training organization "Idee Insieme" and thanks to the "Formatemp" fund, publishes a "Front Office Assistant in English B2" course at its headquarters in Naples.
The aim of the course is to train a professional Able to welcome and directly assist English-speaking people and customers; in short, to manage relations with the English-speaking public using various channels: face-to-face; telephone; and email.
The training project includes as its first module a preparation of the English language on the four essential skills (SPEAKING, WRITING, LISTENING, READING) in reference to the level B2, starting from an entry level A2The need to reach a high level is justified by the fact that the first module is preparatory to the second which has the objective of contextualize what you have learned about the professional figure
The second module In fact, it involves the acquisition of skills through simulations of relational work situations in which students will be involved in taking turns playing different roles (role play).
Simulations such as responding to specific information, the need for empathetic listening, handling a complaint or dissatisfaction, exchanging emails, exchanging phone calls, etc. will be essential to the module.
The unique feature of this second module is that it will be conducted entirely in English. Not only the simulation itself, but also the explanations, the teacher's suggestions, and the plenary discussions on the simulations (with and among students). All communication, including informal communication between teacher and students and between students, will be conducted in English from the very first lessons.
Given the characteristics listed above, the teacher involved is a native speaker with particular experience in the role indicated above.
The modules that distinguish the course offer content related to the following topics:
- knowledge of the English language for the acquisition of the four essential skills (SPEAKING, WRITING, LISTENING, READING) through the rules of grammar, syntax and phonetics appropriate to reaching the level B2 of the Common European Framework of ReferenceFurthermore, the module includes preparation for the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) GENERAL TRAINING exam. IELTS certifications, recognized by the MIUR (Ministry of Education, University and Research), certify a non-native speaker's level of English proficiency and are recognized internationally by thousands of universities, companies, organizations, and government agencies. In any case, the module is intended to provide a solid foundation for preparation for any other English language certification exam at the indicated level.
- Acquisition of skills related to the role of a front office employee, i.e., someone who handles external relations, welcoming English-speaking customers and guests. More specifically, this includes acquiring simple tasks such as providing and requesting information, as well as more complex ones such as active and empathetic listening, handling complaints and criticism, properly opening and closing communications, preparing communications and letters, and drafting documents, minutes, and forms.

DURATION: 120 hours Since the day 26 June per day 28 JULY 2023 –twelve days of 4 hours and 9 days of 8 hours in the CLASSROOM in Naples in via SANTA BRIGIDA, 51;
CERTIFICATE: of frequency (minimum 70% of total hours including attendance at mandatory lessons);
CLASSROOM LESSONS: from Monday al Friday from 09.30am to 13.30pm; on Tuesday and Thursday also from 14.00 to 18.00;

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: the course is aimed at candidates for temporary work missions (both unemployed and jobless) registered and selected by the Employment Agency;
- for foreigners, knowledge of the Italian language and grammar, even if NOT certified;
- knowledge of the English language, even if NOT certified at least A2;
SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Motivational and skills evaluation interview to be carried out upon entry BY PHONE;
SELECTIONS: Those who have joined and sent the documentation correctly by June 22th, will be contacted by telephone on the day 23/06/2023 (by 6:00 pm) to check your availability;
REGISTRATION: The selected candidates will be contacted by email and telephone (by 23/06/2023 at 18.00 pm) to attend the first day of the course. June 26, 2023, 06:09.30 am at the office in Via Santa Brigida 51 – Naples.

Thanks to the presence in the classroom of an 86" 4K LCD INTERACTIVE MONITOR WITH INFRARED TOUCH TECHNOLOGY AND INTEGRATED ANNOTATION SOFTWARE (ITYAMA TE8668-B1AG OM07039 P/N TE8668 MIS-B1AG+) with integrated Dolby audio system, extensive use will be made of multimedia tools.

Teaching will be conducted using an active methodology. Extensive use will be made of role-playing sessions, allowing students to immerse themselves in real-life situations with the aim of engaging the entire audience. The simulation analysis phase will provide an opportunity to discuss any errors identified in the plenary session as well as provide an opportunity to review grammatical concepts from the previous module.
