"Nuove Frontiere Lavoro", in collaboration with the training organization "Idee Insieme", publishes a "Tourism Assistant in English with Trinity B2 certification" course in person - and funded by the Forma.Temp fund.

The course integrates the transversal language skills required by the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) with the B2 level with the required competence and referable to ADA.23.03.02 of the Atlas of Work relating to the Reception of Visitors and Promotion of the Local Tourism Offer, where there is a need to: assist the customer in using the available tourism opportunities and services, using a communication style appropriate to the relationship, identifying solutions and product/service proposals corresponding to the requests expressed, making reservations and following the procedures required for purchasing tickets.

The B2 level program explores key English grammar topics, including verb tenses, modal verbs, conditional sentences, indirect speech, the passive voice, prepositions, phrasal verbs, and the main structures of written and spoken English. It also develops the four fundamental language skills (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking), enhancing comprehension, written and oral production, and communicative interaction. The program is complemented by exercises, exam simulations, and a final assessment.

To improve employability in the job market and in competitive exams, the GRADED EXAMINATIONS IN SPOKEN ENGLISH exam [(GESE Grade 7 - CEFR level B2.1 for the assessment of speaking and listening skills)] is planned which students, at no cost to them, will take at the implementing body IDEE INSIEME (Trinity London Center Accredited TLC) with native speaker examiners from Trinity . The TLC itself will issue a certificate of competence to those who pass the exam tests .

The TLC is an international English language certification body recognized by the MIUR pursuant to the decrees of 7 March 2012, prot. 3889 and 12 July 2012, prot. 10899. All Trinity English language exams are aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(CEFR) from levels pre-A1 to C2.

The course is held in the Idee Insieme language classrooms located in via Ferrante Imparato, 192 - San Giovanni a Teduccio (Na ) within the Malvagni structure (part of Centro Mercato 2) with equipment and tools necessary for the efficient implementation of the training course.

OBJECTIVES: At the end of the course the participant will be able to:

  1. to communicate effectively in academic and professional settings; understand the main points of complex texts and lengthy conversations; take part actively participate in discussions by expressing and defending one's point of view; to produce coherent, detailed and well-structured texts on a wide variety of topics,
  2. All consistent with the B2 level of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
  3. Taking the exam THE TRINITY FINAL EXAM ISE II (B2) thanks to the official simulations, exercises and specific tests regarding the 4 exam tests: Reading & Writing | Speaking & Listening, carried out by the teacher during the lessons

Additionally, you will be able to:

  1. Assist customers in taking advantage of available tourism opportunities and services, employing a communication style appropriate to the relationship, identifying solutions and product/service proposals that meet their requests, and making reservations and completing the required ticket purchasing procedures.

COST: both the course and the certification exam are free (funded by Forma.Temp );

DURATION: 160 hours from 14 SEPTEMBER to 06 NOVEMBER 2026 – 38 IN- PERSON days of 4 hours and one of 8 hours;

CERTIFICATE: attendance of at least 70% of the total project hours and/or achievement of the defined objectives. Additionally, for recipients without training credits, attendance of at least 90% of the "General Health and Safety" module and at least 70% of the "Rights and Responsibilities of Temporary Workers" module;

CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCE: GESE Grade 7 - CEFR level B2.1 , for those who pass the exam;

EXAM COMPLETION REQUIRED: on the dates set during the course on site;

EXAM: Each student is provided with free access to the exam at the implementing body Idee Insieme soc.coop.soc, at the accredited TRINITY headquarters in SAN GIOVANNI a TEDUCCIO ;

CLASSROOM LESSONS: Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm at Via Ferrante Imparato, 192 – Naples easily reachable by Circumvesuviana or car/motorbike;

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: The course is aimed at temporary work candidates (both unemployed and out of work) registered and selected by the Employment Agency;

- for foreigners, knowledge of the Italian language and grammar, even if NOT certified;

- good knowledge of the English language at least level B1;

SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:

- Correct submission of the required documentation;

- Analysis of the CV submitted;

TEACHER: The teacher chosen for the course, a graduate, in addition to boasting teaching experience in English language courses, is certified by AIM AWARDS-ANGLIA – recognized by the MIUR – Advanced Business English level (B2).

It addresses the principle of equal economic and regulatory treatment with respect to the employees of the user company, the rules of the contract with the Employment Agency (ApL), and the obligations of diligence, obedience, and safety at work.
