"Nuove Frontiere Lavoro", in collaboration with the training organization "Idee Insieme", is publishing a face-to-face course for "Office Worker with Eipass Standard Certificate" - and funded by the Forma.Temp fund.
The resource independently uses digital technologies and IT tools to support office activities, ensuring workstation efficiency and the correct use of input and output devices.
The candidate is able to manage individual productivity applications, organize documents and data in digital format, perform routine workstation updates, and resolve major first-level technical issues, in compliance with organizational procedures and IT security regulations.
Digital skills are demonstrated by possession of the EIPASS certification , compliant with the European DigComp 2.2 framework , which attests the achievement of skills consistent with the following areas:
- information and data literacy;
- communication and collaboration in digital environments;
- digital content creation;
- security in the use of technologies and data protection;
- Identifying and resolving technical problems in digital environments.
The profile is similar in terms of results to ADA.24.01.06 – Carrying out office activities.
The course is taught in a computer lab equipped with PC workstations, management software, digitization tools, and applications for digital content production, ensuring practical learning that can be immediately applied to work environments that require precision, autonomy, and mastery of digital tools. The course is held at the Idee Insieme computer lab located at Via Ferrante Imparato, 192 - San Giovanni a Teduccio (Naples), within the Malvagni building (part of Centro Mercato 2). The lab is equipped with the necessary equipment and tools for effective training.
OBJECTIVES: At the end of the course, the participant will be able to: use digital technologies effectively and safely to manage office activities, searching and organizing information and data, communicating and collaborating in digital environments, creating and managing digital content, protecting devices and personal data and solving the main technical problems of the workstation, in line with the European DigComp 2.2 framework.
As well as being able to: use and manage the computer workstation, ensuring its operational efficiency and the correct functioning of peripherals and applications in line with one of the expected results set out in ADA.24.01.06
The course integrates the transversal digital skills required by the Digital Competence Framework for Citizens – DigComp 2.2 (information and data literacy, communication and collaboration, digital content creation, security and problem solving) with the competence required and referable to ADA.24.01.06 of the Atlas of Work

DURATION: 180 hours from 15 SEPTEMBER to 30 NOVEMBER 2026 – 45 IN- PERSON days of 4 hours each;
CERTIFICATE: attendance of at least 70% of the total project hours and/or achievement of the defined objectives. Additionally, for recipients without training credits, attendance of at least 90% of the "General Health and Safety" module and at least 70% of the "Rights and Responsibilities of Temporary Workers" module;
CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCE: CHAD EIPASS STANDARD DIGICOMP 2.2 , for those who pass the exam;
EXAM COMPLETION REQUIRED: on the dates set during the course on site;
EXAM: Each student is provided with free access to the exam at the implementing body Idee Insieme soc.coop.soc, at the accredited EI CENTER headquarters in SAN GIOVANNI a TEDUCCIO ;
CLASSROOM LESSONS: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 09.30 am to 13.30 pm;

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: The course is aimed at temporary work candidates (both unemployed and out of work) registered and selected by the Employment Agency;
- for foreigners, knowledge of the Italian language and grammar, even if NOT certified;
- the possibility (for NON-residents of CAMPANIA) of being able to come to Naples to take the exam is required;
SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;

Use of IT resources (input and output devices)
LEARNING OBJECTIVE: RA3: Use IT resources (input and output devices), keeping the workstation on which the applications in use are installed and used efficient and up to date
Unit 1 – Sending and receiving electronic communications
• PEC
Use certified email systems to transmit declarations, documents, or information, generally featuring a digital signature and timestamp, taking care to verify that transmission has taken place and to archive receipts in compliance with company rules.
Use email systems to transmit statements, documents or information, setting the priority level of the message and using the delivery verification options appropriately.
• Receiving electronic communications
Carry out constant monitoring of documents in the inbox of the company email address(es) and the central fax mailbox, requesting, if necessary, the re-forwarding of illegible documents, and scrupulously registering and archiving incoming documents in compliance with company guidelines.
Unit 2 – Document Duplication
• Composed prints including finishing
Manage printing from the server, including settings for composite prints (e.g. cover from one tray and interior from another) and any in-line finishing (e.g. folding, stapling, perfect binding, hole punching)
• Scans
Based on the instructions received, scan a document using the appropriate commands for setting image resolution, file size, renaming, classification and archiving according to company specifications.
• Normal prints
Manage printer properties settings (e.g. double-sided printing) and print submission from application software
• Photocopies
Based on the requests received, make a photocopy of a document using the appropriate commands for setting the image resolution, orientation, and printing on 1 or 2 pages.

Rights and duties of temporary workers
It addresses the principle of equal economic and regulatory treatment with respect to the employees of the user company, the rules of the contract with the Employment Agency (ApL), and the obligations of diligence, obedience, and safety at work.
