"Nuove Frontiere Lavoro", in collaboration with the training organization "Idee Insieme", publishes an "Expert Photoshop with AI" course on an online platform - and funded by the Forma.Temp fund.
The training program provides comprehensive skills in managing the digital image workflow, from RAW file development to advanced post-production with Adobe Photoshop . Participants will acquire fundamental techniques for correcting exposure, color, sharpness, and composition, using professional tools and methodologies for photo editing and optimizing images for print, web, and social media . The course also explores the use of the latest artificial intelligence-based features, which automate and speed up selection , masking, retouching, element removal , image enhancement, and the generation of new content, ensuring a more efficient workflow and high-quality results.
The course aims to provide skills covering the entire post-production process, including digital photo development, using specific formats (RAW, EXIF, JPEG, etc.). The indicated unit of competence refers to the expected outcome, relating to the ADA (17.04.02 Developing and Printing Photographic Material), the sequence (Production, Development, and Printing Photographic Material), the process (Image Creation), and the SEP (17- Printing and Publishing) of the Atlas of Work.
OBJECTIVES: The project's goal is to train professionals ready to address current market demands in photographic post-production through the acquisition of digital image editing tools, all using the most innovative retouching techniques implemented by the new artificial intelligence features contained in the ADOBE PHOTOSHOP software . The indicated unit of competence refers to the expected result, relating to the ADA (17.04.02 Developing and Printing of Photographic Material), the sequence (Production, Development and Printing of Photographic Material), the process (Image Creation) and the SEP (17- Printing and Publishing) of the Atlas of Work.
At the end of the course the student will be able to:
1- know the elements that characterize the development of the negative
2- digitally process images with ADOBE PHOTOSHOP software
3- use the artificial intelligence present in the ADOBE PHOTOSHOP software

COST: the course is free (funded by Forma.Temp ) ;
DURATION: 120 hours from 14 SEPTEMBER to 20 NOVEMBER 2026 – 30 days of VIRTUAL CLASSROOM (online) of 4 hours each;
CERTIFICATE: attendance of at least 70% of the total project hours and/or achievement of the defined objectives. Additionally, for recipients without training credits, attendance of at least 90% of the "General Health and Safety" module and at least 70% of the "Rights and Responsibilities of Temporary Workers" module;
VIRTUAL CLASSROOM LESSONS: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm;
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: The course is aimed at temporary work candidates (both unemployed and out of work) registered and selected by the Employment Agency;
- for foreigners, knowledge of the Italian language and grammar, even if NOT certified;
- you need a desktop PC , laptop or tablet with a stable wired connection, webcam and microphone;
SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Check the connection devices to be carried out in videoconference;
SELECTIONS: Those who have joined will be contacted by email to confirm (by 18.00 pm on 10/09/2026) the verification of the videoconference connection devices scheduled for 10.30 am onwards on 11/09/2026 in a group;
REGISTRATION: Those selected will be contacted by email and phone (by 11:09 PM on June 18.00, 2026) to attend the first day of the course on June 14, 2026, at 09:09.30 AM on the online platform after sending the entry link.

25- Dedicated plug-ins (e.g. Silver Efex Pro, Nik Collection): offer advanced controls over grain, toning, structural contrast and simulation of photographic filters (red, yellow, green) typical of analog B&W photography
