"Nuove Frontiere Lavoro", in collaboration with the training organization "Idee Insieme" and thanks to the "Formatemp" fund, is publishing an "Administration and Accounting Assistant" course on an online platform.

The course aims to provide the appropriate technical skills to professional figures in the accounting and tax sector, following a line in line with that outlined from ISFOL.

The Clerk to Administration and Accounting This person is responsible for recording accounting and non-accounting transactions within the company and is also the person who interfaces with and coordinates all administrative functions, from contacting suppliers to coordinating relationships with the company's various professionals.

TARGETS: At the end of the course, students will be able to manage the accounting of a small or medium-sized company by acquiring the following skills:

"Recording costs in the balance sheet

"Recording revenue in the balance sheet

"Employee payroll registration (cost of labor)

"VAT Liquidation

"Processing of mandatory accounting books

"Preparation of Form F24 for tax payment.

"Preparation of accounting control statements

"Processing of depreciable assets ledger

"Preparation of the Budget in European Format

"Preparation of balance sheet indices

Students will be required to practice preparing all accounting cases, with particular attention to detail in preparing summary reports using specific software.

DURATION: 120 hours from March 07 to April 28, 202230 4-hour virtual classroom days;

CERTIFICATE: attendance (min. 70% of total hours);

CLASSROOM LESSONS: from Monday to Thursday from 09.30 to 13.30 hours;

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: the course is aimed at candidates for temporary work missions (both unemployed and jobless) registered and selected from the Employment Agency;
- for foreigners, knowledge of the Italian language and grammar, even if NOT certified;
- you need to have a desktop PC (desktop), laptop or tablet with stable cable connection (HIND) or wi-fi, webcam and microphone.

SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Check the connection devices to be carried out in videoconference;

SELECTIONS: Those who have joined will be contacted by email for confirmation. (by 02/03/2022 at 12:00) of the verification of videoconference connection devices scheduled for March 03, 2022, from 03:10.00 am onwards in a group.

EVALUATION AND COLLECTION: Students learn to distinguish between different types of companies and their operating rules, both civil and fiscal, and to interact with professionals outside the company, thus becoming a reliable technical support team.
