"Nuove Frontiere Lavoro," in collaboration with the training organization "Idee Insieme" and thanks to the "Formatemp" fund, is publishing an online course on "Computer Operator Expert in Excel and Network Collaboration."
The project, after a brief and detailed excursus on the fundamentals of theict, network communication and the necessary IT security, aims to provide detailed knowledge on online collaboration systems (Google editor office), online data synchronization, the Cloud and online services, Onedrive e Gdrive.
Starting from the knowledge base indicated above, the project intends to focus on the use of applications for word processing (Word) and the presentation of textual, accounting or financial data, also through the use of graphics and multimedia effects (Power Point), with the aim of digitizing work environments and company processes.
Equally important is the final skill that concludes the training program: the use of spreadsheets (Excel). Although this skill begins with the basics of using the program, it aims to establish professional use through the use of features often overlooked by regular users because they are considered difficult to use. These features will be tailored to specific tasks appropriate for the professional profile indicated.
The course aims to provide the appropriate technical skills for professionals in the specific sector, following a path consistent with that outlined by ISFOL.
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
- identify basic concepts and definitions related to ICT
- distinguish between local, corporate and Internet networks; apply security principles in online communications; use the browser
- manage online collaboration systems by synchronizing data online via the cloud
- manage, through tools and techniques, the IT security of the network and the device as well as take care of data backup
- use word processing software (Word) and in particular to create a document, organize its contents, archive it and protect it
- use presentation software (Power Point) and in particular to create a presentation using graphics and multimedia effects
- Use spreadsheet software (Excel) using specific and particular functions.
Multimedia tools and support platforms will be used to allow teachers to immediately and directly verify students' work.

DURATION: 120 HOURS from 17 FEBRUARY to 30 APRIL 2021 – 30 virtual classroom days of 4 hours each;
COST: The course is free (financed by Formatemp);
VIRTUAL CLASSROOM LESSONS: from 09.30 am to 13.30 pm, 3 days a week;
CERTIFICATE: of attendance Formatemp (minimum 70% of total hours including attendance at mandatory lessons);

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: the course is aimed at candidates for temporary work assignments (both unemployed and jobless) registered and selected by the Employment Agency;
- for foreigners, knowledge of the Italian language and grammar, even if NOT certified;
- you need to have a desktop PC (desktop), laptop or tablet with stable cable connection (HIND) or wi-fi, webcam and microphone.
SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Check the connection devices to be carried out in videoconference;
SELECTIONS: Those who have joined will be contacted by email for confirmation. (by 12/02/2021 at 12:00) of the verification of videoconference connection devices scheduled for February 15, 2021, from 02:10.00 am in a group;

- Introduction to mathematical functions: Using functions to calculate the average, sum, minimum, and maximum; creating programs for processing numerical data.
- Developing programs for deadline control: Introduction to the use of dates, using date functions, and relationships between past and future dates. Implementing deadline calculations and deducting the time remaining or elapsed from a given deadline.
