In IT, a FRONT END web developer (or in English web developer) is a professional figure who deals with the development of websites, using HTML, CSS3 and Javascript , and is responsible for developing web pages that are functional and usable.

They work in teams with professionals such as web designers, webmasters, and web content managers, with whom they should not be confused. Web developers often don't design a website's graphics but are primarily responsible for its assembly, architecture, and automation.

Web development can mean the development of a simple static web page or the development of more complex websites , such as an e-commerce site . A web developer can create any website, leveraging the most suitable technologies on both the server-side and client-side.

The role of the web developer is becoming increasingly important thanks to the current trend of moving desktop applications to the web and allowing users to access their data regardless of their computer and location.

The course aims to provide the basic skills needed to create and manage websites. This position is highly sought after by software development companies, communications agencies, and IT consulting firms as a freelancer. Specifically, this role focuses on software , databases, and website coding, known as the backend.

Specifically, the professional figure can perform the following tasks:

• Choose the right programming language to complete the project, based on your skills;
• Develop websites, designing the architecture, choosing the most appropriate development tools for the project, integrating graphics, audio and video;
• Running tests and simulations to evaluate the robustness, responsiveness, and security of the solutions developed;
• Identify bugs and/or problems in the management of websites or applications.

OBJECTIVE : The course aims to train a professional capable of creating and managing websites.

At the end of the course, students will be able to:

• Check the HTML and CSS3 code of the pages;
• Control page behavior and user interaction using JavaScript
• Implement content management systems (CMS).
• Choose and adjust the graphic layout.
• Run tests and simulations to eliminate any bugs.
• Identify and correct technical problems.

To develop the skills listed, online lessons will be structured around real-world tasks, including case studies, simulations, and role-play. Collaborative discussions and reasoning will also be promoted to foster proximal development and foster attitudes of discussion and negotiation, essential personal qualities for successfully tackling the challenges of the role one aspires to.

DURATION: 140 hours from OCTOBER 16 to DECEMBER 1, 2023 - 31 total days of virtual classroom of 4 hours and 2 days of 8 hours;

CERTIFICATE: of attendance (min. 70% of total hours)

CLASSROOM LESSONS: lessons are from Monday to Friday from 14.00 pm to 18.00 pm ;

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: The course is aimed at temporary work candidates (both unemployed and out of work) registered and selected by the Employment Agency;

- for foreigners, knowledge of the Italian language and grammar, even if NOT certified;
- you need a desktop PC, laptop, or tablet with a stable connection, webcam, and microphone;

SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Check the connection devices to be carried out in videoconference;

SELECTIONS: Those who have joined will be contacted by email to confirm (by 11/10/2023 at 6:00 pm) the verification of the videoconference connection devices scheduled for 12/10/2023 from 2:30 pm, in a group.

REGISTRATION: Those selected will be contacted by email and phone (by 10:18.00 PM on October 13, 2023) to attend the first day of the course on October 16, 2023, at 10:14.00 PM on the online platform after sending the entry link.
