"Nuove Frontiere Lavoro," in collaboration with the training organization "Idee Insieme" and thanks to the "Formatemp" fund, is publishing a free "Social Media Manager with Eipass certification" course online.
Il Social Media Manager A social media manager is someone who manages a project's presence on social media. The channels can be those of a company, a freelancer, or a nonprofit organization: the work isn't necessarily about generating direct profits, but about achieving goals that vary depending on the context in which they operate.
Il aim course to train a highly specialized professional figure who is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data from the web and social media, and then designing and planning an editorial plan for the creation of content for Social Media.
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
- know the main social networks: Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram;
- outline an effective and direct communication strategy;
- increase brand or company awareness;
- create posts, reels, stories;
- design a Social Media Strategy for the different channels;
- structure the roles, skills and procedures of a Social Media Team;
- define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze the data;
- design an editorial plan and the viral DNA of your social content;
- launch, nurture, and develop a community over time.
To develop the skills listed, online lessons will be structured around real-world tasks, including case studies, simulations, and role-play. Collaborative discussions and reasoning will also be promoted to foster proximal development and foster attitudes of discussion and negotiation, essential personal qualities for successfully tackling the challenges of the role one aspires to.
To promote better employability on the job market, an exam is planned to obtain the certification *EIPASS SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER advanced level* subject of this training plan. Students will take the exam at the implementing body at no cost to them. IDEAS TOGETHER Soc. Coop Soc. credited as EI CENTERS (an examination center authorized to issue EIPASS IT certifications), which will issue the relevant certification to those who pass the exam.

PRICE: the course is free (financed by Formatemp);
DURATION: 160 HOURS from day February 13 to April 20, 2023 – 40 days of VIRTUAL CLASSROOM (Online) for 4 hours;
CERTIFICATE: of frequency (minimum 70% of total hours including attendance at mandatory lessons);
CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCE: EIPASS SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER, for those who pass the exam;
EXAM COMPLETION REQUIREMENT: on the dates set during the course;
PRICE: both the course and the certification exam are free (funded by Formatemp);
EXAMINATION: Each student is entitled to free access to the exam at the implementing body Idee Insieme soc.coop.soc, accredited as EI CENTERS (Exam center authorized to issue EIPASS IT certifications) in two different sessions;
VIRTUAL CLASSROOM LESSONS: Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm 09.00am to 13.00pm;
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: the course is aimed at candidates for temporary work missions (both unemployed and jobless) registered and selected from the Employment Agency;
- residency or domicile in Campania is required, or (for residents of other parts of Italy) the possibility of coming to Naples to take the exam;
- for foreigners, knowledge of the Italian language and grammar, even if NOT certified;
- you need a desktop PC, laptop, or tablet with a stable connection, webcam, and microphone;

SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Check the connection devices to be carried out in videoconference;
SELECTIONS: Those who have joined will be contacted by email for confirmation. (by 08/02/2023 at 12:00) of the verification of videoconferencing connection devices scheduled for 02/09/2023 from 10.00 am onwards in groups.
REGISTRATION: The selected candidates will be contacted by email and telephone. (by 10/02/2023 at 8:00 PM) to attend the first day of the course on 02/13/2023 at 09.00 on the online platform after sending the entry link.
