Training course in compliance with Article 37 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments, as specified in the State-Regions Agreement of 21/11/2012 on worker training.
The 4-hour course aims to train workers in relation to what is required by law for the general training part which is the same for all ATECO sectors.

why do it?
Not everyone knows that at the time of hiring and then periodically the employer must mandatorily train the worker in relation to what has been established from the State-Regions Agreement of 21/12/2011.
This Agreement is, in short, divided into two different training sessions, one of a general nature lasting 4 hours and a specific one that varies in relation to the ATECO code of the company varies from 4/8/12 hours.
The course offered will certainly give both current and future employees added value and relevance to their CVs.
