The front office employee represents the central communications hub of every company, conveying and generally managing the majority of incoming and outgoing information and document flows. They are the point of contact, the first point of contact for the customer when they engage with the company.

For theISFOL, this figure is among the professions belonging to the class "Employees responsible for welcoming and informing customers", part of the group "Executive Professions in Office Work."

In the period 2015-2019 for the professional class "Employees in charge of welcoming and informing customers" a change in employment of equal to 12,0%, a value above the average growth in the period (2,5%)The trend of variation is increasing for all professional activities belonging to the class in question.

Given that IT skills are highly sought after for this position, to enhance employability, an exam is required to obtain the EIPASS certification for the modules covered in the IT curriculum.

Students will take the exams for each module studied at the implementing body, free of charge. IDEAS TOGETHER Soc. Coop Soc. credited as EI CENTERS (Exam center authorized to issue EIPASS IT certifications) which will issue the relevant certification to those who pass the exam tests.

TARGETS: The Front Office clerk is the company's calling card. He or she is assigned several more strictly operational duties.

The goal is therefore to train a professional capable of covering a broad spectrum of functions, from typical secretarial tasks such as computers, telephone, fax, and email, to more complex ones such as communicating with clients and colleagues in accordance with the company's mission and objectives.

In this way the student will be able to:

  • COLLECT INFORMATION-Observe, receive or otherwise obtain information from relevant sources;
  • COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE ORGANIZATION - Represent the company to customers, the public, government agencies, and other external entities, in person, in writing, by telephone, or by email;
  • ORGANIZE, PLAN AND PRIORITIZE WORK - Set specific objectives and plan work by defining priorities, organization and completion times;
  • ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS - Create constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintain them over time;
  • WORKING WITH COMPUTERS - Using computers and computer systems (software and hardware) to program, adjust functions, enter data, or process information;
  • ANALYZE DATA OR INFORMATION - Identify the relationships, reasons, or facts underlying information by disaggregating information or data into separate parts;
  • PLANNING WORK AND ACTIVITIES - Planning events, plans, and activities or the work of other people;
  • PROCESS INFORMATION - Compiling, coding, classifying, calculating, tabulating, examining, or verifying information or data.

Students will then be certified by EIPASS as intermediate computer and internet users.

For the e-CF, e-Competence Framework for ICT Users, the intermediate user of computers and the internet:
“is able to apply a range of IT knowledge and skills to complete the assigned task, knowing how to adapt to circumstances; is able to resolve any problems that may arise; has a medium level of operational autonomy.”

Il Program 7 User Modules It is the best tool to objectively demonstrate possession of specific skills in the correct and mature use of ICT tools, in schools and universities, in work environments and in social life.

DURATION: 124 HOURS from March 20th to May 8th 2019 – the classroom day will be 4 hours long and 3 days of 8 hours;

CERTIFICATE: Formatemp attendance (minimum 70% of total hours including attendance at compulsory lessons);

CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCE: EIPASS 7 modules;

CLASSROOM LESSONS: from Monday to Friday from 09.30 am to 13.30 pm and for three days until 18.00 pm;

SELECTION METHODAccess to the course will take place through preliminary steps:
- Analysis of the CV sent,
- Motivational interview and assessment of skills level in entrance to be carried out at our office on the day of 19/03/19;
Should the number of requests be high, we reserve the right to arrange a second date on 03/18/19;
