Among the professions listed by ISFOL, the figure of the secretary is indicated.
This position is responsible for the bureaucratic management of office activities. It handles correspondence with users. (mailing list, sending and receiving emails), manages telephone calls with suppliers and customers, receives and sorts calls, manages the superiors' diaries and takes care of the organization of meetings, events and business trips, also managing the booking of meeting rooms, hotels, restaurants, etc.
The growth of trade relations between Italy and Germany has led to a very high demand for professionals capable of managing these office tasks, along with knowledge of the German language.
To promote better employability on the job market, the exam is planned Goehte - Zertifikat A2, which the students, without having to bear any cost, will carry out at the Goethe Institute of Naples, which will issue a certificate of competence valid worldwide to those who pass the exam.

Learning outcomesThe course aims to provide the linguistic skills appropriate to the professional figure indicated, following a line in line with that outlined by ISFOL.
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
*compile and analyze a CV
*manage appointments and deadlines
*receive and forward phone calls
*check and manage correspondence
*manage the superior's agenda
*have contact with customers and suppliers
*organize work meetings
*organize business trips
*know the general aspects of safety in the workplace
*know the aspects relating to the rights and duties of temporary workers
Students will practice listening, comprehension, and production of texts. Multimedia tools will be used in the classroom.
DURATION: 172 HOURS from October 15th to December 14th 2018 – the classroom day will be 4 hours long – 43 classroom days.
CERTIFICATE: of frequency Formatemp (minimum 70% of total hours including attendance at mandatory lessons) which gives access to the Goethe Zertifikat exam, level A2 at the GOETHE Institute in Naples;
CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCE: of the Goethe of Naples, for those who pass the exam;
CLASSROOM LESSONS: Monday to Friday from 13.30 am to 17.30 pm;
MANDATORY EXAM COMPLETION on the date set at the end of the course at the GOETHE Institute in Naples;

SELECTION METHOD:
Access to the course will take place through two steps:
1- Analysis of the curriculum envoy;
2- Motivational interview and assessment of basic German language knowledge A1 even if not certified to be carried out at our office;
REGISTRATION: Those who have joined will be contacted by email and telephone. (By 10/10/2018 at 5:00 PM) for confirmation of the interview of the day 11/10 or 12/10/18 and subsequently, based on the outcome, those selected will fill out the registration form on site on the first day of class.

TEACHER: a graduate teacher in German languages and literature working as an interpreter, she has significant experience gained between October 2013 and April 2014 at the SprachschuleAktiv, Munich (Germany) as a teacher of Italian to German students and of German to Italian students.
