The operator is required to have a high level of computer proficiency and is often expected to be able to work with different operating systems to be able to manage company systems on any platform.
The ISFOL survey (Institute for the Development of Professional Training for Workers) and the Forecast of sectoral trends and employment - FGB of January 2016 within the class "office machine operators" - indicates that a considerable increase in hiring by companies is expected for the professional category.
To promote better employability on the job market, exams are planned to obtain the certification EIPASS on the modules covered in this training plan. Students will take the exams at the implementing body at no cost to them. IDEAS TOGETHER Soc. Coop Soc.credited as EI CENTERS (Exam center authorized to issue EIPASS IT certifications) which will issue the relevant certification to those who pass the exam tests.
Certification EIPASS 7 User Modules objectively certifies the possession of the skills intermediate in the use of the tools of theICT (Information and Communication Technologies).
Objectives of the training intervention:
The project aims to provide the technological and IT knowledge necessary to manage computers for basic tasks in business administration sectors: word processing programs, spreadsheet processing, database design, organization, and management, internet research, and email use. The specific position will be responsible for managing and maintaining computer environments and ensuring network and data security.
This figure can be placed as an employee in public and/or private companies, as they possess both basic and advanced IT skills.
Office automation operators typically require technical skills that primarily involve working with computer terminals, ensuring accurate data processing. However, the skills acquired in this course will enable operators to process such data, whether textual or accounting, and to propose and implement solutions to organizational problems using IT resources.
Basic knowledge of using a mouse, keyboard, and the Windows operating system is required. No knowledge of specific data processing programs is required.
At the end of the course the student will be able to:

- Safely browse and search for information on the Internet
- Manage data and programs in the cloud
- Manage the security of a PC and a LAN network
- Insertand process textual and numerical data
- Using spreadsheets

DURATION: 180 HOURS from 16 JANUARY to 28 MARCH 2019 – 45 classroom days of 4 hours.
CLASSROOM LESSONS: Monday to Friday from 09.30 am to 13.30 pm

REGISTRATION: Those who have joined will be contacted by email for confirmation. (By 11/01/2019 at 5:00 PM) for the on-site interview on the day 14/01/2019. Subsequently by 18.00 pm on the day 14/01/19 Those selected will be notified by email and telephone.
Finally, the day 16/01/19 Students will fill out the registration form on site.
COST: free (funded by Forma temp)
EXAMINATION: Each student is entitled to free access to the exam at the implementing body Idee Insieme soc.coop.soc, accredited as EI CENTERS (examination center authorized to issue EIPASS IT certifications).
CERTIFICATE: Formatemp attendance (minimum 70% of total hours including attendance at mandatory lessons) which gives access to the EIPASS IT certification exam;
SELECTION METHOD:
Access to the course will take place through two preliminary steps:
1st step: analysis of the correctly submitted documentation;
Step 2: Motivational interview and entry-level skills assessment, to be conducted at our office.
