The temporary employment agency "Adecco", in collaboration with the training organization "Adecco Formazione" in partnership with "Idee Insieme soc.coop.soc." and thanks to the "Formatemp" fund, publishes a course in Human Resources Management and Development Specialist - Free

In accordance with the indications outlined by theISFOLThe course aims to train highly specialized professionals, and deals with the selection and recruitment of necessary personnel and the definition of career development criteria and programs, as well as remuneration policies and investments in training.

The course aims to provide the appropriate management skills for managing Human resources in line with the company's strategic objectives and market needs, and in line with the standards of technical-professional skills described in the regional qualifications directory.

The outgoing skills, broken down according to the ISFOL model into knowledge, technical-professional skills and transversal skills, respond to the needs of the job market, and in particular to what is indicated in the regional qualifications register. (excluding contractual and administrative skills)) -

Through a theoretical and practical path, students will acquire the skills necessary to understand the criteria and tools for managing human resources in companies.

At the end of the course, students will be able to:

  • carry out the organization analysis
  • plan professional and organizational development paths
  • analyze and manage the planning of the necessary resources and their selection
  • plan performance evaluation and potential development systems
  • identify training needs and plan a training offering compatible with development needs, organizational constraints and company budgets
  • manage work groups by adopting and conveying appropriate leadership strategies and promoting change
  • implement interventions to monitor and improve the corporate climate and prevent mobbing
  • analyze and evaluate CVs.
To develop the skills listed, virtual classroom lessons are structured around real-world tasks, including case studies and simulations. Collaborative discussions and reasoning are also encouraged to foster proximal development and foster attitudes of discussion and negotiation, essential personal qualities for successfully tackling the challenges of the role one aspires to fulfill.

PRICE: the course is free (financed by Formatemp);

DURATION: 120 hours from September 21st to October 20th 2020 - 22 total days of virtual classroom;

CERTIFICATE: attendance (min. 70% of total hours)

CLASSROOM LESSONS: lessons are from Monday on Friday from 09.30am to 12.30pm and 14.00pm to 17.00pm;

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: the course is aimed at candidates for temporary work missions (both unemployed and jobless) registered and selected by the Employment Agency;
- you need to have a desktop PC (desktop), laptop or tablet with stable cable connection (HIND) or wi-fi, webcam and microphone.

SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Check the connection devices to be carried out in videoconference;

SELECTIONS: Those who have joined will be contacted by email for confirmation. (by 11/09/2020 at 12:00) of the verification of videoconferencing connection devices scheduled for the day 14/ 09 / 2020 from 10.00, in a group.

Human Resources Manager Role and Management Tools

KNOW: Understand the HRM function, know and understand strategic management tools, from job analysis to identifying job redesign needs; know the soft skills and operational tools for personnel selection;

KNOW-HOW: Develop a job description; implement an HR management procedure describing the system and related performance evaluation tools; draft and implement an annual training plan, including using interprofessional funds; conduct employee satisfaction surveys; and promote and improve organizational well-being. Establish a selection system consistent with the required skills.

KNOW HOW TO BE: prepare to overcome resistance to change; planning and organizing activities;

CONTENTS:

  1. Knowledge of companies and organizational dynamics: evolution of markets and organizational models, orientation towards service and product quality (TQM) Strategies of highly competitive organizations: balanced score card, cost and differentiation strategies
  2. Supporting businesses in the challenge of resistance to change
  3. Analysis of high-performance organizations: HARD and SOFT variables, structural configurations (functional and divisional organizational charts) and methods of organizing internal processes;
  4. Evolution of the HRM role from HR director to strategic partner.
  5. New performance management tools, evaluation needs (the 3 Ps of human resources)
  6. Structuring career paths, job descriptions, and job designs
  7. Corporate training and the stages of the design process
  8. Climate analysis: Monitoring worker satisfaction through planned systems to support the safety office; the mobbing phenomenon.
  9. The current context of personnel selection: the choice between the internal market and the external market; analysis of the critical skills for the profile sought,
  10. Knowledge and research of the most sought-after soft skills in the world of work
  11. Employee profiles and company skills mapping
  12. The selection and recruitment process: tools and techniques (CV screening, individual interviews, group interviews, assessment centers, psycho-aptitude tests, personality tests)
