"Nuove Frontiere Lavoro," in collaboration with the training organization "Idee Insieme" and thanks to the "Formatemp" fund, is publishing a "Social Media Manager Specialist" course online.

Il Social Media Manager This is a person who manages a project's presence on social networks. The channels can be those of a company, a freelancer, or a non-profit organization: the work is not necessarily tied to the generate profits directly, but to achieve objectives that change based on the reality in which one operates.

The course aims to train a highly specialized professional figure who is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data from the web and social media, and then designing and planning an editorial plan for the creation of content for Social Media.

At the end of the course, students will be able to:

- knowledge of the main social networks and mastery of the most important social network: Facebook

- outline an effective and direct communication strategy

- increase brand or company awareness

- create a post (graphics, video, writing)

- Build your business brand on social media using archetypes

- design a Social Media Strategy for the different channels

- orient yourself among Social Media Advertising objectives and funnels

- structure the roles, skills and procedures of a Social Media Team

- define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze the data

- design an editorial plan and the viral DNA of your social content

- launch, nurture and develop a Community over time

To develop the skills listed, online lessons will be structured around real-world tasks, including case studies, simulations, and role-play. Collaborative discussions and reasoning will also be promoted to foster proximal development and foster attitudes of discussion and negotiation, essential personal qualities for successfully tackling the challenges of the role one aspires to.

DURATION: 120 HOURS from 05 NOVEMBER to 18 DECEMBER 2020 – 30 days of VIRTUAL CLASSROOM (Online) for 4 hours;

CERTIFICATE: of frequency (minimum 70% of total hours including attendance at mandatory lessons);

CLASSROOM LESSONS: Monday to Friday from 14.00 am to 18.00 pm;

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: the course is aimed at candidates for temporary work missions (both unemployed and jobless) registered and selected by the Employment Agency;
- for foreigners, knowledge of the Italian language and grammar, even if NOT certified;
- you need to have a desktop PC (desktop), laptop or tablet with stable cable connection (HIND) or wi-fi, webcam and microphone.

SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Check the connection devices to be carried out in videoconference;

SELECTIONS: Those who have joined will be contacted by email for confirmation. (by 02/11/2020 at 12:00) of the verification of videoconferencing connection devices scheduled for the day 03/11/2020 from 10.00 onwards in a group.

PRICE: the course is free (financed by Formatemp);

Knowledge of social media, especially Facebook, and how to manage it.

KNOW: understand the various social media and their different uses, be familiar with what SMM is and what it does, use the tools for creating posts with images and text for more effective communication;

KNOW-HOW: Open and manage a Facebook account to promote a company on social media, develop and implement an annual editorial plan for a brand, and create a post for publication on the company's official page.

KNOW HOW TO BE: prepare to intervene promptly in the event of a crisis with a social plan, to correct the pre-established editorial campaign;

CONTENTS:

  • History of social media: How and when they were born; how they are organized; how many are there and what are they?
  • The Social Media Manager: what is the task and role of this professional figure and what are the career opportunities;
  • Introduction and management of the most important social media (Facebook): how to open an account, the difference between a fan page and a personal profile;
  • Designing an editorial plan on Facebook: studying the company's product sector, how to prepare a post for publication;
  • Strategic principles of Social Media Marketing and the fundamental characteristics of an effective Social Media Policy;
  • Structure a strategic editorial plan for social media and create content suitable for different social platforms;
  • Creating and managing communities on social media;
  • Social media advertising to master the more operational aspects with a focus on Facebook and Instagram and the use of Business Manager;
  • Data analysis and testing to optimize campaigns;
  • Overview of the phases of an influencer marketing campaign;
  • Functions of a Social Media Funnel.
