"Nuove Frontiere Lavoro", in collaboration with the training body "Idee Insieme" and thanks to the "Formatemp" fund, publishes a course on "Project planner with effective use of an IT tool" on online platform.
A growing number of public and private organizations are interested in suitable applications to improve project management. This is due to various factors, such as market dynamics, the rapid development of new products and services, and the importance of effectiveness and efficiency for competitiveness. This course, which is primarily practical in nature, aims to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for project management through the use of an open-source IT tool, following a guideline compliant with those outlined by INAPP.
Specifically, the Project Management Officer performs the following tasks:
- Develop the project plan;
- Uses project work breakdown methodologies and techniques (WBS);
- Apply techniques and procedures for managing project closure (or one of its phases);
- Use project management software;
- Implement information and communication campaigns to collect and promote lessons learned from the project experience;
- Uses techniques and tools for managing and verifying the time schedule for carrying out project activities;
- Apply techniques and tools for estimating and representing the durations of project activities (pert, cpm, gantt);
- Apply techniques and procedures for managing project changes;
- Monitor project progress and deviations from the initial plan;
- Monitor the physical and financial progress of the project and any deviations from the initial plan;
OBJECTIVES: The course aims to provide the knowledge, skills and tools appropriate to the professional figure in the project management sector, following a line in line with that outlined by INAPP, at the end of the course, students will be able to (skills)
- Adopt techniques and tools to define project planning
- Adopt techniques and tools to break down the project into activities
- Adopt techniques and tools for monitoring a project (time and costs)
- Adopt techniques and tools for the evaluation and review of projects already completed
- Use project management software.

DURATION: 120 HOURS from 15 MARCH to 14 MAY 2021 – 30 days of VIRTUAL CLASSROOM (Online) for 4 hours;
CERTIFICATE: of attendance (minimum 70% of total hours including attendance at mandatory lessons);
VIRTUAL CLASSROOM LESSONS:
- for the first 3 weeks on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 09.30 am to 13.30 pm;
- for two weeks, on Mondays and Thursdays from 09.30 am to 13.30 pm;
- for one week from Monday to Friday always from 09.30 am to 13.30 pm;
- for three weeks from Monday to Thursday from 09.30 am to 13.30 pm.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: the course is aimed at candidates for temporary work assignments (both unemployed and jobless) registered and selected by the Employment Agency;
- for foreigners, knowledge of the Italian language and grammar, even if NOT certified;
- you need to have a desktop PC (desktop), laptop or tablet with stable cable connection (HIND) or wi-fi, webcam and microphone;
SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Check the connection devices to be carried out in videoconference;
SELECTIONS: Those who have joined will be contacted by email for confirmation. (by 10/03/2021 at 12:00) of the verification of videoconference connection devices scheduled for March 11, 2021, from 03:10.00 am onwards in a group.
