Training course valid for the qualification of auditor and lead auditor of quality management systems in compliance with the ISO9001:2008 standard.

Learning outcomes:

- Acquire the methodologies for a correct and effective approach to the audit process;

- Conduct interviews and meetings using communication techniques.

- Correctly apply the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standard to the context of third-party audits;

- Plan and implement QMS audits according to the process approach,

in compliance with the specifications of ISO 17021:11;

- Search for audit evidence necessary to evaluate the degree of compliance of a QMS with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standard;

- Communicate effectively during interviews and meetings;

- Prepare the documents and records required for the Part III audit process.

- Professionals who wish to access the certification process for their skills by registering in Quality Management System Auditor registers (e.g., UAQ-PCB Register)
- Personnel involved in the implementation, management, and evaluation of corporate management systems.

- Graduates and undergraduates, in both scientific and humanistic disciplines, who intend to pursue a career as Auditors/Lead Auditors of corporate management systems.
- Public bodies and companies that intend to provide their employees and collaborators with greater and specific training regarding management systems.

Prerequisites:
Good knowledge of management system principles and the relevant standard and/or at least 6 months of work experience in the specific sector.

Exclusive:
The methodology adopted includes:
- Face-to-face lessons in the classroom with a teacher
- Individual and group exercises, with corrections in class
- Study of situations, real cases, real cases and psychodrama
- Individual teaching materials (including use of the rules for the entire duration of the course)

Evaluation methodology:
Throughout the course, each student's performance will be assessed based on exercises, discussions, presentations, personal contributions, completed assignments, time management, and punctuality (continuous assessment). Passing the assessment will allow students to take the written exam at the end of the course.
At the end of the first two days of the course, a guided-response assessment test will be administered. Passing the test is a prerequisite for continuing the course.
The final exam lasts 2 hours (included in the total hours of the course) and is divided into 3 written sections and 1 oral exam, each of which is associated with a score.
The Course Regulations, handed out to students in class, will provide all the necessary clarifications for assigning scores.

- Handout, containing the slides shown during the course
- Educational notebook, containing all the standards required for the course (ISO9000:2005, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 9004:2009, UNI CEI 19011:2012), to be returned at the end of the course
- Exercise manual, case study and role play

Certifications and attestations:
All participants will be issued a certificate of attendance.
Participants who pass the final exam will receive the Quality Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor certificate.

International Prizes:
The course is internationally recognized and satisfies the training requirement for applying for registration as an auditor in the relevant grade in the UAQ-PCB registers accredited by the National Accreditation Body of Ukraine (NAAU)
The qualifications awarded by the course, as a result of the Mutual Recognition Agreement (MLA: Multi-lateral agreement), are valid in all the countries of the European Community and in those adhering to the Multilateral Recognition Arrangement worldwide.

Teacher Profile:
The course is held by qualified and certified BCB ACADEMY SRLS teachers with at least 5 years of documented experience in the implementation, management and evaluation of Quality Management Systems or equivalent qualification as Lead Auditor from System Audit Body or certification of Staff Audit Body

DURATION: 40 hours (8 hours/day for 3 days the first week and 8 hours/day for 2 days the second week); Mandatory attendance – Maximum permitted absence: 2 hours
