Receptionist Spanish language course with Cervantes certification In-person training Free Formattemp
Nuove Frontiere Lavoro, in collaboration with the training organization Idee Insieme and thanks to the formatemp fund, is publishing a Receptionist course in Spanish with Cervantes certification.

Among the professions indicated by theISFOL, the figure of the receptionist is indicated. ISFOL identifies among the main areas of professional development expressed by companies the need for a foreign language and in 2015-2019 period, for the macro area indicated above, it forecasts a variation in employment equal to 12,0%, a value above the average growth in the period (2,5%) (Source: Isfol-FGB elaborations)

According to the latest ISTAT data, in 2017, the number of Spanish arrivals and presences in Italy was 1.980.483 (1,1% more than the previous year) and 5.175.006 presences (3,23% more). (Source: www.infomercatiesteri.it)
The course aims to provide the linguistic skills appropriate to the professional figure indicated, falling within an A1 level of the CEFR.

To promote better employability on the job market, an exam is planned for obtaining the DELE Spanish Diploma which the students, at no cost to them, will carry out at the prestigious Instituto Cervantes of Naples who will issue the diploma with the relevant certification of competence.

The Cervante Institute of Naples It is an international Spanish language certification body recognized by the MIUR (Ministry of Education, University and Research) pursuant to decrees of 7-03-2012, prot. 3889 and 12-07-2012, prot. 10899. All Cervantes Institute exams are aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(CEFR) from levels A1 to C2.

Learning outcomesThe course aims to provide the appropriate language skills for professionals in the hospitality industry, following a guideline compliant with that outlined by ISFOL. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to manage Spanish-speaking clients, acquiring the following skills:
” customer reception
” analysis and identification of customer needs
” booking management
” receiving and sorting telephone calls
” filling out forms and documents
”compilation of attendance registers
” customer complaint management
” access control to accommodation facilities
” control and custody of customer documents
” taking care of the room assignment
” provide information or assistance to the customer

Students will practice listening, comprehension, and production of texts. Multimedia tools will be used in the classroom.

DURATION: 172 HOURS from March 4th to May 17th 2019 – the classroom day will be 04 hours long.

CERTIFICATE: Formatemp attendance (minimum 70% of total hours including attendance at compulsory lessons) which gives access to the exam A1 DELE to be held at the Cervantes Institute of Naples;

CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCE: from the Instituto Cervantes in Naples, for those who pass the exam;

CLASSROOM LESSONS: from Monday to Friday (except Thursday for 6 weeks)from 13.30 to 17.30 hours;

EXAM COMPLETION REQUIREMENT: on the date set at the end of the course;

SELECTION METHODAccess to the course will take place through preliminary steps:
- Analysis of the CV sent,
- Motivational interview and assessment of skills level in entrance to be carried out at our office on the day of 01/03/19;
Should the number of requests be high, we reserve the right to arrange a second date on 28/02/19
