Finally, the need to contextualize the professional's skills in the Spanish language arises from a pressing request from the tourism sector, given the increase in Spanish tourists in Italy.
The Farnesina partner website infomercatiesteri.it reports that in 2017, according to the latest ISTAT data, Spanish arrivals in Italy totaled 1.980.483 (1,1% more than the previous year) while overnight stays totaled 5.175.006 (3,23% more). Spanish tourism spending on Italy exceeded €1.318 million in 2017, a significant increase of 14,4% (Bank of Italy data).
The course aims to provide the linguistic skills (Spanish) appropriate to the indicated professional figure, falling within an A2 level of linguistic preparation of the CEFR.

Learning outcomesThe course aims to provide the linguistic skills appropriate to the professional roles indicated above, following a guideline in line with that outlined by ISFOL. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to manage Spanish-speaking tourists, acquiring the following skills:
•provide assistance to tourists (carry out bureaucratic procedures, resolve unexpected problems, etc.);
•prepare tourist itineraries;
•study and update yourself on the news and characteristics of tourist destinations;
•book tourist services (hotels, restaurants, guides, etc.);
•promote and develop the territory;
•welcome tourists upon their arrival;
•provide information to tourists;
The course also aims to PREPARATION for the A2 exam for skills certification;
Students will practice listening, comprehension, and text production. Multimedia resources will be used in the classroom.
DURATION: 120 hours from June 17 to July 25, 2019 – the classroom day will be 4 hours long except six of 8 hours.
CERTIFICATE: Formatemp attendance (minimum 70% of total hours including attendance at compulsory lessons);
CLASSROOM LESSONS: Monday to Thursday from 13.30pm to 17.30pm and for six days also from 09.00am to 13.00pm;

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: The course is aimed at candidates for temporary work missions (both employed and unemployed) registered and selected by the Employment Agency New Frontiers of Work SPA;
SELECTION METHODAccess to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Motivational and skills evaluation interview upon entry to be carried out at our office on the day of the 13/06/19 from 09.00 am;
SELECTIONS: Those who have joined will be contacted by email for confirmation. (By 12/06/2019 at 5:00 PM) of the interview on site expected on 06/13/2019 ;
