"Nuove Frontiere Lavoro," in collaboration with the training organization "Idee Insieme" and thanks to the "Formatemp" fund, is publishing a course in Administration and Accounting.

The course aims to provide the appropriate technical skills for professionals in the accounting and tax sector, following a line in line with that outlined by ISFOL.

The Administration and Accounting Officer is responsible for recording accounting and non-accounting transactions within the company. He or she also interfaces with and coordinates all administrative functions, from contacting suppliers to coordinating relationships with the company's various professionals.

Objectives : At the end of the course, students will be able to manage the accounting of a small or medium-sized company by acquiring the following skills:

"Recording costs in the balance sheet

"Recording revenue in the balance sheet

"Employee payroll registration (labor cost)"

"VAT Liquidation

"Processing of mandatory accounting books

"Preparation of Form F24 for tax payment.

"Preparation of accounting control statements

"Processing of depreciable assets ledger

"Preparation of the Budget in European Format

"Preparation of balance sheet indices

Students will be required to practice preparing all accounting cases, with particular attention to detail in preparing summary reports using specific software.

DURATION : 152 HOURS from January 14th to March 12th 2020; 32 classroom days of 4 hours and 3 of 8 hours.

CERTIFICATE: of attendance (min. 70% of total hours)

CLASSROOM LESSONS : Monday to Thursday from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm and for three days also from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Only the first week will be from Tuesday to Thursday 09.30/13.30

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: The course is aimed at temporary work candidates (both employed and unemployed) registered and selected by the Employment Agency;

SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Motivational and skills assessment interview upon entry to be held at our office;

SELECTIONS: Those who have joined will be contacted by email for confirmation. (By 09/01/2020 at 5:00 PM) of the on-site interview scheduled for 01/10/2020 from 09.00;

REGISTRATION: Applicants will be contacted by email to confirm their interview results (by 01:15.00 PM on January 13, 2020) .

EXERCISES AND SIMULATIONS

Using the rules learned, participants will practice developing three essential skills:

EVALUATION AND COLLECTION: The student learns to distinguish between different types of companies and their operating rules, both civil and fiscal, and learns to interact with professionals external to the company, thus becoming a reliable technical support.

COMPILATION: Drafting minutes of meetings and council meetings with various case studies.

Computer classroom simulations

Each student, equipped with their own computer, will be able to use all the software made available to compile the company's accounting data.

In this circumstance, the student verifies receipt of invoices, determines the allocation of costs and revenues pertaining to the matter, and prepares summary reports for company management.
