"Nuove Frontiere Lavoro," in collaboration with the training organization "Idee Insieme" and thanks to the "Formatemp" fund, is publishing a free Payroll and Contributions Clerk course.

Outgoing professional figure:

Among the professions listed by ISFOL, in the macro-area of ​​highly specialized executive office professions, the payroll clerk is listed. Payroll clerks are responsible for carrying out all formalities related to the hiring, continuation, and termination of employment contracts for employees, processing paychecks, and sending all mandatory communications to social security institutions.

Continuous regulatory updates in the employment sector require outgoing professionals to continuously update their skills, both in the regulatory and fiscal fields.

Objectives of the training intervention:

The course aims to provide the appropriate technical skills for professionals in the payroll and contributions sector, following a line in line with that outlined by ISFOL.

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to manage all procedures for work carried out in the payroll office of a small or medium-sized company, acquiring the following skills:

"Type of employment contract.

"Special" hiring typology with social security contributions relief.

"Management of worker personal data and related family responsibilities.

Calculate INPS and IRPEF contributions per paycheck

"Management of hiring, extension, variation and termination of contracts.

"Preparation of the Single Certification for Employee Workers.

"Preparation and calculation of severance pay

"Company classification for INPS purposes"

"INAIL rate calculation

"Illness and Injury Management

Students will practice drafting all contractual and payroll procedures, with particular attention to tax calculations and employee benefits.

DURATION: 120 HOURS from March 23 to May 28, 2020 – the classroom day will be 4 hours long;

Cost: Free (funded by Forma.temp)

CERTIFICATE: of frequency (min. 70% of total hours)

CLASSROOM LESSONS: Monday to Wednesday from 9am to 5pm 09.30 pm 13.30; last week from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm 09.30 pm 13.30;

REGISTRATION: Those who have joined and sent the documentation correctly will be contacted by email for confirmation. (By 18/03/2020 at 5:00 PM) and will be called for the collective interview at the headquarters scheduled for 03/19/2020 Starting at 14.00

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: the course is aimed at candidates for temporary work missions (both employed and unemployed) registered and selected by the Employment Agency.

SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Motivational and skills assessment interview upon entry to be held at our office;

Using the rules learned, participants will practice developing three essential skills:

EVALUATION AND COLLECTION: Students learn to distinguish the documents required for hiring a worker and to evaluate the most economical solution for employment tax breaks.

COMPILATION: Drafting of employment contracts, Unilav model.

COMPANY SUPPORT: Maintaining the single employment register and preparing summary reports.

COMPUTER CLASSROOM SIMULATIONS

Students will be able to use all the software made available for compiling pay slip data.

In this case, the students verify the accuracy of the employee's personal data, process monthly payslips, prepare the data to be sent to INPS and the F24 form for tax payments. They develop cost statements for company management. They prepare the Single Certification for employees.
