"Nuove Frontiere Lavoro," in collaboration with the training organization "Idee Insieme" and thanks to the "Formatemp" fund, is publishing an "E-commerce Specialist" course on an online platform.

The aim of the course is to train a highly specialized figure capable of creating a website on specific e-commerce platforms, manage its accounting and administrative aspects, as well as advertise its contents by creating marketing campaigns and implementing their effectiveness with specific market analyses.

Specifically, this professional figure is responsible for building an e-commerce site from scratch, including its graphic design and basic structure (warehouse management, creation of product sheets with specific descriptions and images), development of commercial policies, legal notices, and terms and conditions of sale. This professional figure is responsible for the online store's financial and accounting management, the creation and configuration of specific payment channels and methods, shipping management, and month-end payment processing.

It also initiates and manages, in an embryonic way, marketing campaigns for the promotion of the site and products and the related market analyses.

GOALS :

The course aims to provide the appropriate technical skills to professionals in the specific sector.

At the end of the course, students will be able to create websites for managing e-commerce, communicate skillfully to an audience of potential customers, carry out marketing campaigns and build customer loyalty.

DURATION: 140 HOURS from the day 19 JANUARY per day March 27 2026 – 35 days of 4 hours each VIRTUAL CLASSROOM (online);

CERTIFICATE: attendance (minimum 70% of total hours including attendance at compulsory lessons);

PRICE: Free (funded by Formatemp);

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM LESSONS: from Monday al Friday ((except Thursday) from 09.30 to 13.30 hours;

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: the course is aimed at candidates for temporary work missions (both unemployed and jobless) registered and selected from the Employment Agency;

- for foreigners, knowledge of the Italian language and grammar, even if NOT certified;
- you need to have a desktop PC (desktop), laptop or tablet with a stable wired connection, webcam and microphone;

SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:

- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Check the connection devices to be carried out in videoconference;

SELECTIONS: Those who have joined will be contacted by email for confirmation. (by 15/01/2026 at 12:00) of the verification of videoconferencing connection devices scheduled for the day January 16, 2026, from 01:11.30 a.m. then in a group;

REGISTRATION: The selected candidates will be contacted by email and telephone. (by 16/01/2026 at 8:00 PM) to attend the first day of the course on the day 19/01/2026 at 09.30 on the online platform after sending the entry link.
