"Nuove Frontiere Lavoro," in collaboration with the training organization "Idee Insieme" and thanks to the "Formatemp" fund, is publishing a free "Content Creator" course online.

Il Content Creator A content creator is a professional responsible for creating engaging content for companies and brands. Among the most sought-after emerging professions, this role is often confused with that of a social media manager. However, they are different professions. A social media manager manages a company's social media profiles, defining an editorial strategy aimed at generating engagement; a content creator, on the other hand, creates content (posts, photos, videos) at the company's request, typically publishing it on social media profiles and/or the company blog to promote the client's product.

Using various tools - from Copywriting to Reels, from videos to photographs - it combines techniques from Social Media Management,Influencer Marketing and Digital Marketing to engage its community and ensure that its followers are interested in the client's brand.

Depending on the product/service, there are numerous platforms on which you can publish the content you create:

  • Social MediaUsed by millions of users 24/7, social media channels allow content creators to potentially reach a huge audience. Instagram is ideal for visual content, Facebook encourages discussion and interaction within communities, YouTube is perfect for publishing viral content that users can reshare, and Twitter caters to those who create informative posts.
  • websiteDigital Creators may be asked to create engaging content for a company's website. In this case, they'll need to inform users about the brand's products/services and the benefits of purchasing them.
  • BlogA useful source of qualified leads, blogging helps build brand awareness and establish the company as an authoritative voice in its industry. Content Creators can create content for the company blog or their own blog: in the latter case, they'll promote the product/service being contracted using the right language for their community.

TARGETS: The project's goal is to train professionals ready to create engaging content for companies and brands to increase their market awareness. This will involve learning to use all the tools that allow the Content Creator to interact with major digital platforms to convey the commercial message, according to modern communication. This person is a A professional web writer, he specializes in storytelling and social media, focusing on data analysis to inform, improve, or revise strategies.

At the end of the course, the CONTENT CREATOR will be able to:

  • Know the tools needed to develop a creative strategy for brands and companies;
  • Produce content for social networks;
  • Define persuasive graphic elements;
  • Master professional back-end social platforms;
  • Identify the target audience and the communication consistent with the company objectives;
  • Produce accurate reporting of collected data.

DURATION: 140 HOURS Since the day 23 OCTOBER per day DECEMBER 01, 2023 – 11 days of VIRTUAL CLASSROOM (Online) of 4 hours and 12 days of 8 hours;

CERTIFICATE: of frequency (minimum 70% of total hours including attendance at mandatory lessons);

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM LESSONS: il Monday to Friday for twelve days from hours to 09.30 13.30 e from 14.00 at 18.00 hours for eleven days only 09.30-13.30;

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: the course is aimed at candidates for temporary work missions (both unemployed and jobless) registered and selected by the Employment Agency;
- for foreigners, knowledge of the Italian language and grammar, even if NOT certified;
- you need to have a desktop PC (desktop), laptop or tablet with a stable wired connection, webcam and microphone;

SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Check the connection devices to be carried out in videoconference;
