In line with the guidelines outlined by ISFOL, the course aims to train highly specialized professionals. It covers the selection and recruitment of necessary personnel and the definition of career development criteria and programs, as well as remuneration policies and training investments.
Through a theoretical and practical path, students will acquire the skills necessary to understand the criteria and tools for managing human resources in companies.
The course includes an English module, which is essential for professionals working in organizational settings where competing in the global market is a daily challenge and requires the ability to interact with people whose native language is different.
DURATION: 160 HOURS from April 04th to June 11th 2019 – classroom days from 4 hours;
CERTIFICATE: attendance (min. 70% of total hours)
CLASSROOM LESSONS: Monday to Friday from 09.30 am to 13.30 pm;
