COURSE DESCRIPTION

The course is mandatory pursuant to Articles 18 and 37 of the Consolidated Law on Health and Safety at Work (Legislative Decree 81 of 2008) and the State-Regions Conference Provision of 21/12/2011 - CSR 221 (published in Official Journal No. 8 of 11/01/2012).

The course aims to train the MANAGER in matters of Safety in the Workplace.

THE COURSE IS MANDATORY

RECIPIENTS
The course is suitable for BUSINESS MANAGERS, SCHOOL MANAGERS, ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGERS, PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION MANAGERS, TECHNICAL DIRECTORS OF CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES WITH AND WITHOUT SOA, HEATING, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, PLANT ENGINEERING, TECHNICAL DIRECTORS OF PEST CONTROL, RODENT CONTROL COMPANIES, etc.

The "administrative liability of legal entities, companies and associations, even those without legal liability" pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and subsequent amendments

MODULE 2 - SAFETY MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION

Organization and management models for health and safety at work (Article 30, Legislative Decree no. 81/08)
Management of technical and administrative documentation
Obligations related to procurement, work or supply contracts
Organization of fire prevention, first aid and emergency management
Methods of organizing and exercising the supervisory function of work activities and in order to fulfill the obligations set forth in paragraph 3-bis of art. 18 of Legislative Decree no. 81/08
Role of the person in charge and of the prevention and protection service staff

MODULE 3 - IDENTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT OF RISKS

Criteria and tools for identifying and assessing risks
The risk of work-related stress
The risk can be linked to differences in gender, age, origin from other countries and the type of contract
Interference risk and risk management in the performance of contracted work (DUVRI)
Technical, organizational and procedural prevention and protection measures based on risk factors

Nature, functions and methods of nomination or election of workers' safety representatives
