Project Management Course (Online)

A growing number of public and private organizations are interested in suitable applications to improve project management. This is due to various factors, such as market dynamics, the rapid development of new products and services, and the importance of effectiveness and efficiency for competitiveness. This course, which is primarily practical in nature, aims to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for project management through the use of an open-source IT tool, following a guideline compliant with those outlined by INAPP.

In particular, the Project Management Officer performs the following tasks:

• Develop the project plan
• Uses methodologies and techniques for breaking down project work (wbs)
• Apply techniques and procedures for managing project closure (or a phase of it)
• Use project management software
• Activate information and communication actions to collect and valorize the "lessons learned" from the project experience
• Apply cost progress control methods and analysis and evaluation of project economic performance indicators.
• Uses techniques and tools for managing and verifying the time schedule for carrying out project activities
• Apply techniques and tools for estimating and representing the durations of project activities (pert, cpm, gantt)
• Apply techniques and procedures for managing project changes.

Goals: The course aims to provide the knowledge, skills and tools appropriate to the professional figure in the project management sector, following a line compliant with that outlined by INAPP, at the end of the course, students will be able to (skills)

• Adopt techniques and tools to define project planning
• Adopt techniques and tools to break down the project into activities
• Adopt techniques and tools for monitoring a project (time and costs)
• Adopt techniques and tools for the evaluation and review of projects already completed

DURATION: 90 HOURS from 09 NOVEMBER to 18 DECEMBER 2020 – 20 days of VIRTUAL CLASSROOM IN TOTAL (Online);

CERTIFICATE: of frequency (minimum 70% of total hours including attendance at mandatory lessons);

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM LESSONS:

- Monday-Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 6pm 15.00 at 18.00 hours for the first 12 days;

- from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm 09.30am to 13.30pm and pm 15.00am to 18.00pm for the remaining 8 days.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: the course is aimed at candidates for temporary work missions (both unemployed and jobless) registered and selected by the Employment Agency;
- under the age of 35 not completed;
- unemployed for less than 12 months;
- for foreigners, knowledge of the Italian language and grammar, even if NOT certified;
- you need to have a desktop PC (desktop), laptop or tablet with stable cable connection (HIND) or wi-fi, webcam and microphone;

SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Check the connection devices to be carried out in videoconference;

SELECTIONS: Those who have joined will be contacted by email for confirmation. (by 04/11/2020 at 12:00) of the verification of videoconferencing connection devices scheduled for the day 05/ 11 / 2020 from 10.00 onwards in a group.
