Training course in compliance with Article 37 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments, as specified in the State-Regions Agreement of 21/11/2012 on worker training.
The 4-hour course aims to train workers in relation to what is required by law for the general training part which is the same for all ATECO sectors.
Who is it for?:
to young people over the age of 16 to enrich their CV with a view to its use in the world of work;
to all job seekers.
why do it?:
Not everyone knows that upon hiring and periodically thereafter, the employer is required to train the worker in accordance with the provisions of the State-Regions Agreement of 21/12/2011.
This Agreement is, in short, divided into two different training sessions, a general one lasting 4 hours and a specific one which varies in relation to the company's ATECO code and varies from 4/8/12 hours.
The course offered will certainly give both current and future employees added value and relevance to their CVs.

CLASSROOM LESSON VIRTUAL: 9.30 - 13.30;
WHEN: Wednesday, July 1st;
DURATION: the day in VIRTUAL CLASSROOM it will be 4 hours;
CERTIFICATE: of frequency;
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: the course is aimed at candidates for temporary work missions (both unemployed and jobless) registered and selected by the Employment Agency;

Given the importance of the course and its short duration, it is necessary to book so that, once the maximum number (25 people) has been reached, the class can be defined;

General training
With reference to letter a) of paragraph 1 of Article 37 of Legislative Decree no. 81/08, the duration of the general module must not be less than 4 hours and must be dedicated to the presentation of general concepts regarding prevention and safety in the workplace.
Contents: concepts of risk, damage, prevention, and protection. Organization of corporate prevention; rights, duties, and sanctions for various corporate entities; supervisory, control, and assistance bodies.
