Specialist Course in Human Resources Management and Development In-person training Free Formattemp
"Nuove Frontiere Lavoro," in collaboration with the training organization "Idee Insieme" and thanks to the "Formatemp" fund, is publishing a course for Human Resources Management and Development Specialists.

In accordance with the indications outlined by theISFOLThe course aims to train highly specialized professionals, and deals with the selection and recruitment of necessary personnel and the definition of career development criteria and programs, as well as remuneration policies and investments in training.

Through a theoretical-practical path Students will acquire the skills necessary to understand the criteria and tools for managing human resources in companies.

At the end of the course, students will be able to:

-perform the organization analysis

-plan professional and organizational development paths

-analyze and manage the planning of the necessary resources and their selection

-plan performance evaluation and potential development systems

-identify training needs and plan a training offering compatible with development needs, organizational constraints and company budgets

-manage work groups by adopting and conveying appropriate leadership strategies and promoting change

- implement interventions to monitor and improve the corporate climate and prevent mobbing

To develop the skills listed, classroom lessons are structured around real-world tasks, including case studies, simulations, and role-play. Collaborative discussions and reasoning are also encouraged to foster proximal development and foster attitudes of discussion and negotiation, essential personal qualities for successfully tackling the challenges of the role one aspires to fulfill.

DURATION: 160 hours from February 11th to April 21st 2020 - 39 days in total;

CERTIFICATE: attendance (min. 70% of total hours)

CLASSROOM LESSONS: lessons are from Tuesday to Friday and distributed as follows:

  • 38 morning days with opening hours 09.30/13.30;
  • 1 day both morning and afternoon with hours 09.30-13.30/14.00-18.00;

REGISTRATION: Those who have joined and sent the documentation correctly will be contacted by email for confirmation. (By 06/02/2020 at 5:00 PM) and will be called for the collective interview at the office scheduled for 02/07/20;

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: the course is aimed at candidates for temporary work missions (both employed and unemployed) registered and selected by the Employment Agency.

SELECTION METHOD: Access to the course will take place through several preliminary steps:
- Correct submission of the required documentation;
- Analysis of the CV submitted;
- Motivational interview and skills assessment upon entry.

SELECTIONS: Those who have passed the selection process will be contacted by 18.00 pm on 10/02/20 and invited to attend the first day of the course, i.e.February 11th at 09.30pm.

Human Resources Manager Role and Management Tools

Know Understand the HRM function; know and understand strategic management tools, from job analysis to defining job redesign needs; know soft skills and operational personnel selection tools.

Know-how Develop a job description; implement an HR management procedure describing the system and related performance evaluation tools; draft and implement an annual training plan, including using interprofessional funds; conduct employee satisfaction surveys; and promote and improve organizational well-being. Establish a selection system consistent with the required skills.

Knowing how to be prepare to overcome resistance to change; planning and organizing activities;

Contents:

  • Knowledge of business and organizational dynamics: evolution of markets and organizational models, orientation towards service and product quality (TQM), strategies of highly competitive organizations: balanced scorecard, cost and differentiation strategies
  • support the company in the challenge against resistance to change
  • analysis of high-performance organizations: hard and soft variables, structural configurations (functional and divisional organizational charts) and methods of organizing internal processes;
  • Evolution of the HRM role from HR director to strategic partner.
  • new performance management tools, evaluation needs (the 3 Ps of human resources)
  • structuring career paths, job descriptions and job design
  • corporate training and the phases of the design process
  • Climate analysis: monitoring worker satisfaction through planned systems to support the safety office; the mobbing phenomenon.
  • The current context of personnel selection: choosing between the internal and external market; analyzing the critical skills for the desired profile, the importance of soft skills;
  • the selection and recruitment process: tools and techniques (CV screening, individual interviews, group interviews, assessment centers, psycho-aptitude tests, personality tests)
