Idee Insieme promotes a corporate culture based on legality, fairness, transparency, and responsibility. From this perspective, the whistleblowing channel is a concrete tool for protecting organizational integrity, designed to allow reporting of behaviors, acts, or omissions that may constitute violations of national or European Union regulations, as well as internal procedures and ethical principles adopted by the company.
The system is designed to ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity, the content of the report, and the attached documentation, in compliance with the technical and organizational measures required by current legislation. Reports are managed by authorized individuals, with impartiality and traceability criteria, to ensure a timely examination of the facts and, where necessary, the adoption of appropriate corrective actions.
The main regulatory framework is Legislative Decree 24/2023, which implements Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law. Compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation remains unchanged.
